Hair wax stick pack

Make your own hair wax stick at home with this easy, ready-to-go pack. Hair wax sticks are the key to achieving a sleek, polished style on the go. It's mess-free, effective, and perfect for taming frizz, flyaways, or even eyebrows.

This pack makes one large stick plus a bonus mini stick, ideal for keeping in your bag for touch-ups throughout the day. Choose from a range of gorgeous fragrances or keep it un-fragranced for a clean, neutral finish.

The pack is pre-measured into three simple steps, so all you need to do is melt, mix, and pour.

Pack includes

• Pre-measured ingredients, divided into three easy steps
• 1 x large kraft tube
• 1 x small kraft tube
• Your choice of fragrance (or un-fragranced)

Step one: Oil phase

• Castor Oil
• Sunflower Oil
• Polysorbate 80

Step two: Wax phase

• NZ Beeswax
• Conditioner Pellets (BTMS 25)
• Candelilla Wax

Step three: Cool down phase

• Vitamin E
• Fragrance (optional)

Equipment you will need

• Heatproof jug
• Mixing utensil (e.g. glass stirring rod or spoon)
• Pot for water bath
• Spatula

1. Combine the contents of Step One and Step Two in a heatproof jug.
2. Place the jug in a shallow water bath, gently heating until the waxes are fully melted. Stir continuously, taking care to avoid splashing water into the mixture.
3. Remove from the water bath, add Step Three, and stir well.
4. Pour into tubes and allow to set completely.

Tip: As the mixture cools, a small hole may form in the centre. Save a little of the mixture to gently re-melt and top up if desired.

To use

With hair tied back, run the stick backwards from your face to smooth flyaways and frizz for a sleek finish.
Alternatively, rub the stick lightly on the inside of your palm and use palms to gently smooth down hair.
